A pre-engineered steel building is composed of two distinct subsystems: Pre-engineered steel structure and Panel & Panel Accessories. The PEB steel structure, on the average, accounts for 80% of the weight of the pre- engineered steel building. The unit measure for PEB steel structures is metric ton. Having the raw material check by quality control team before it is sent to the fully automated thermal cutting machines using plasma and sheeting machines. Flanges & webs of the members are assembled using full automated sub-merged ARC welding process with the latest Power Wave technology that gives consistent quality steel products. During the finishing stage, the semi-automated Gas Metal Arc Welding performed by our highly skilled welders.
